{"title":"Kensington Paperie","description":"\u003cp\u003eFin Fellowes spent a decade making one-off paper pieces for weddings, events and luxury houses before she turned the habit into a shop. A London artist, illustrator and calligrapher, she wraps every present she gives, and finding the right paper, tags and ribbon meant shopping all over town. So she began designing her own, in a studio in Kensington.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe designs draw on old techniques, paper marbling and block printing, and on Fin's own archive of antique textile and paper fragments. Marbles named for Venetian palazzi, a hedgerow drawn after the wood engravings of Eric Ravilious and Edward Bawden, birds lifted from the sgraffito plates on her shelves. Everything is printed in London on recyclable FSC-certified stock and finished with hand-dyed silk ribbon.
