Items purchased online may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or within 30 days of delivery for store credit. All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Vintage and one-of-a-kind items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us first at inquire@shopwentworth.com to initiate your return.
2. Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, or store credit will be provided.
3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely. Wentworth is not responsible for lost return shipments without proof of delivery.
