• Valid business license verifying your interior design or professional business
• Active business website URL/address
• Valid proof of membership in a national industry organization (e.g., ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
• Valid interior design accreditation/certification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)
• Resale Certificate

Tax Exemption

For designers who purchase merchandise for resale and wish to be tax exempt, we require a valid Resale Certificate on file. Please take a moment to select your state from the menu below and fill out the downloadable form that populates. Attach this form to your application.
