RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased online may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or within 30 days for store credit. All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please review the final sale section below.
How to Return an Item

Start your return: Log into your Wentworth account and initiate a return through our self-serve portal.

Choose shipping:

We can provide a prepaid return label for your convenience (cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit).

Or, you may ship the item yourself using a carrier of your choice. Tracking is recommended.

Refund or store credit: Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days.

Store credit is applied immediately once your return is reviewed and does not expire.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please note your preference when initiating the return, and we will guide you through sending the replacement.

Final Sale
All vintage, one-of-a-kind, plant, and apothecary items are sold as is and are not eligible for return or refund.
