Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery
All domestic orders for in-stock items are processed within 5–7 business days and shipped Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Tuesday. Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Options
Wentworth offers UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air. For any specific shipping questions, please contact us.
Responsibility & Claims
Wentworth is not responsible for shipments once they are in the care of UPS. For questions beyond tracking information, please contact UPS directly.
Damaged Orders:
Any damage must be reported in writing to inquire@shopwentworth.com within 7 days of delivery. Claims reported by phone call alone cannot be processed. To initiate a replacement request and allow us to file a carrier claim, we require the following:
- Photographs of the exterior of the package
- Photographs of the interior packaging materials
- Individual photographs of each damaged item
Please retain all original packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim has been resolved, as UPS may require inspection.
Lost or Missing Orders:
Must be reported in writing to inquire@shopwentworth.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Once your order is in the hands of UPS, Wentworth is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit. That said, we are always happy to assist. If any issue arises, please contact inquire@shopwentworth.com. We can provide tracking details, help file claims, and supply any information needed to UPS to help resolve the matter as smoothly as possible.
