Round Brass Pull-Top Cigarette Dispenser
A sculptural relic of mid-century entertaining, this round brass cigarette dispenser reveals its contents with a simple upward pull, transforming from a restrained cylinder into a flared, architectural form in one deliberate motion. Likely European and dating to the 1940s–50s, it bridges late Art Deco geometry and early modernist restraint. The ribbed brass body has developed a rich, naturally acquired patina with tonal variation and soft oxidation, left intact as a record of use.
