Small Terra Cotta Larder Crock

Based on a traditional French ironstone preserving jar, this lidded crock holds a straight-sided form with a concave lip and a fitted lid. Glazed inside and finished matte in terra cotta without, it keeps flour, sugar, dried pasta, and legumes within easy reach, and is safe for fermentation. The form turns easily to other uses, a serving vessel for tortillas or a quiet keep for olive pits at the table.
