White and softly opalescent butterflies are suspended in flight beneath a glass dome in Mother of Pearl. Subtle variations of ivory, pearl, pale blush, and silvery grey layer into a quiet vertical composition, their translucent wings catching and diffusing the light with a gentle, nacre-like sheen.
Mounted on slender metal rods and encased beneath the glass dome, the composition emphasizes lightness and restraint, allowing tone and translucence to guide the eye upward.
