Palazzo Papadopoli Mangiafumo Vase
A cylinder of grey Murano glass, hand engraved with the Grand Canal façade of Palazzo Papadopoli. Use it as a vase, or set a candle inside and the engraved windows are thrown in light across the table. Each piece is handmade, so small variations are normal.
Giberto Venezia is the Venetian house of Giberto Arrivabene, whose family home is Palazzo Papadopoli on the Grand Canal. Working with Murano's glassblowers and the city's artisans, the house makes glass, stone and objects for the table drawn from Venice's decorative past. Through December 31, Giberto Venezia is in residence at No. 162 Wentworth.
