Rich, silky, and deeply complex, this barrel-aged balsamic is crafted in small batches by Nicolo Verrini, whose family has been making vinegar since the 1960s. Using hand-harvested Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes from early autumn, the juice is slow-cooked with skins, seeds, and stems to caramelize the natural sugars—creating the foundation for its signature depth. Aged through the cold seasons in oak barrels, the result is a thick, full-bodied balsamic with notes of dark fruit, wood, and a gentle sweetness that lingers. Drizzle over cheese, roasted vegetables, greens—or enjoy straight from the spoon.
