Rosewood Steak Knife Set

Designed by Corin Mellor and introduced after three years of development, this set of steak knives represents the pinnacle of David Mellor’s expertise in cutlery design. Each knife features a hand-finished Indian rosewood handle with a sinuously curved form—both elegant and comfortable in hand.

The precision-ground stainless steel blades exploit advanced steel casting techniques, creating a beautifully curved bolster and a specially bright glazed finish. The finely serrated edge slices cleanly through cooked meats, preserving juices and flavor without compression. Versatile and exacting, the knife also doubles as a paring tool for fruits, vegetables, and other small-scale tasks.
