Superfine Salted Italian Olive Oil Chocolate Bar

72% dark chocolate and single-origin olive oil from the sun-drenched coast of Puglia, in the deep south of Italy. The interior is unexpectedly creamy, the chocolate itself deep and slightly fruity, and a finish of flaky Maldon sea salt keeps the whole thing from tipping sweet. It's the kind of bar that makes you reconsider what chocolate is capable of. Handmade in small batches by Marisa Favata, a CIA-trained pastry chef and Gramercy Tavern and Per Se alum who founded Superfine in 2021.
